I have been enjoying this app immensely. It is very easy to use and produces quite attractive "postcards" that you can email or send in other ways. Inserting my own pictures was a breeze. Directions are very easy to follow. Works wonderfully on iOS 7. Customer service is awesome. I sent a question to Support and received a reply in 12 minutes. (They had a good suggestion. Unfortunately it didnt help because my other device, a "vintage" iTouch, is stuck with iOS 6.1. I suspect the newer iTouch would work.) My advice: Try it; youll like it!

Great app for sending attractive spur-of-the-moment personalized greetings -- especially if Ive forgotten someones birthday. Being able to pull images from my own photo library seals the deal.

Very easy to use. Like the tips and how the program walks the user through all steps of making a postcard. The gallery of options looks like it will be adequate for my needs. Not sure yet if Ill purchase any additions.

I really enjoy this app. Its easy to use, very creative — everything youd want in something like this. My only complaint is that there isnt more of a selection of themes and stamps that come with the app. There should also be more for sale as well.

Easy to use, fun way to stay in touch with friends and colleagues. Would like more simple background options--even the paid ones arent very interesting.

Im currently traveling and thought I would open this app and see what it was about, Im hooked! Its such a fun way to keep my family and friends up to speed on my adventures. Any sight I photograph I can turn into a postcard and send it via text, email or even have it posted and mailed. Brilliant!!!

Dear Postale, I very much like using your Postale App and have recommended it to many of my friends. However, I am a little disappointed in the turn around time for sending out hard copy post cards. Is 7-10 days a normal processing time? Id give you a five star review if you could mail cards out sooner!

Nice app but no export import feature. You cannot move between iPads which is terrible. Also I hate apps without profiles. Means only one person can use, thAts silly. Instead of import export you can only snapshot these or mail one at a time. Thats tedious and needless. They should have import,export and profiles. Maybe even a login and external store I would pay for extra features

Im going to end up finding an app that focuses more on the physical postcards and less on the random gallery stuff. It takes from 6-10 days for a physical postcard to even ship and that is just way too long

I really love this app. Need more general backgrounds to choose from. I use the app to send custom postcards to friends and family while traveling. Also use it to make a postcard for myself with a pic and quick summary of my travels. Then I post the card in a smash book to remember my travels.

Going on tens days and still no delivery of the postcard. Defeats the purpose of a trip is over for nearly two weeks and then postcard still hasnt arrived. No happy about buying full version and getting such poor results.

Had crashing issues with the free version. For lack of better judgement I downloaded the paid version. STILL having the same issue! I can get all the way to the end to where I pick the recipient address and the app just closes. What a waste of money. Seems like a great idea except it doesnt work.

There are not a lot of design options. Couldnt really find one that I wanted to use to sent a card. Paid $.99 to try the app. Then deleted it from my phone.

I have used this app through several iPhones. I use it all the time. I send custom photo cards to friends or family. I post, text, email or message custom postals. Cant say enough good. Update 11/22/15 I cant believe there are not hundreds of reviews. This app has so much to offer. The only thing that would make this better is to be able to turn the creation into a real mailable postcard. Could use apple pay or purchase credits through app for postage n processing.

Easy to use. It would be nice if they gave you a couple different themes and stamps free each month.

Ive used this app for over 3 years and Im a fan. I like the idea of it very much. However, it hasnt been significantly updated in quite some time. Certain features are starting to feel out of date; for example, its impossible to zoom into a card to see details before sending it and font isnt automated to fit space, therefore one has to keep adjusting. It is not possible to double-tap and zoom in to see stamps or card patterns either. The card is very difficult to see on my iPhone 6s because it is so small without a zoom feature and stamp details are nearly impossible to see. Additionally, no new card or stamp designs have been added for quite some time. Im leaving a generally favorable rating for now and would recommend that others try this app if they are interested in using their iPhone to help send global postcards. However, if the app isnt updated soon, I may end up reluctantly deleting it from my phone. As a customer who enthusiastically paid for the previous in-app purchases and has used this app for a number of years, it is my opinion that that the developer(s) really owe it to loyal users to keep the app updated and not abandon it.
